Return policy
At hype toys, We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. However not all products are perfect due to differentiation in personal preferences. Returns will be eligible if an item is found to have obvious defects or missing parts. Please email us within 7days of receiving the item at hypetoys@outlook.com with detailed close up photos and description. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide replacement parts but we always do our best given the circumstances.
For items with missing parts, please allow us get you the correct parts before requesting for a return. This process may take up to a few weeks depending on the company and factory.
Please make sure to contact us before you return any items, all returns must be authorized by hype toys prior to being sent back.
We would not accept returning any Used/Opened item. We also do not accept returns when customers do not think the product meet their expectations, or change of mind. Any damage resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered by our return policy.
We will pack and protect the product well but there’s no guarantee of zero box damage during international transportation. Boxes that see light wear and tear (minor bends, creases, dented coners) during transit will not be eligible for replacement box or compensation.
